With 34 years of experience across Indian and global corporations, he has worked in diverse industries spanning geographies such as the USA, UK, Africa, and the Middle and Far East Asia, contributing to organizations like Coca Cola, Essar Group, Tata Motors, Tata Teleservices Ltd., Bharti Airtel, Reliance Industries, and PI Industries. Currently, he consults blue-chip companies and startups on business transformation, HR technology, HR excellence, workplace sustainability, employer branding, and leadership development. He is a certified independent director and board member, a strategic advisor to a US MNC, Augusta HiTech, and the founder of CP HR Advisory. Additionally, he serves as a Professor of Practice at Tier A and B MBA institutes. He holds an MBA from XLRI (1996–98 batch) and completed ‘Leadership for Senior Management’ from ISB Hyderabad, and is also a certified leadership coach.
