Mihir is a seasoned finance professional with ~30 years in financial services, including wealth & asset management, investment banking, capital markets, and structured finance. With ~25 years in CFO and leadership roles, he has led strategy execution, capital management, fundraising, IPOs, M&A, and business transformation. As Group CFO at Nuvama, 360 WAM, and Avendus, he spearheaded business reorganization, capital raises, and equity listings. Previously, he played a key role in launching Arcil from ICICI, leading strategy, investor relations, and raising ₹12B, including India’s first distressed asset fund (₹2.6B). He brings expertise in board collaboration, investor relations, regulatory engagement, and strategic planning.
