A seasoned Chartered Accountant and former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with extensive experience in the accounting industry. He currently serves as an Independent Director for listed companies and as the President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce – West India Council. With expertise in consulting, advisory, management, statutory audit, and risk management, he also holds the position of Chairman at Nippon Life India Trustee Ltd. Previously, he was the Chairman of 360 One Wealth and a Director at IIFL Finance Ltd for over 15 years. Additionally, he served as Chairman and Director at The Federal Bank for eight years. A strong entrepreneurship professional, holding a Diploma in Management from JBIMS in collaboration with BCAS.
